How much can go wrong in a book on the history of pharmacy?

At a careful reading of a book on the history of pharmacy written by two university professors, it has been ascertained that there are numerous erroneous data, superficial wording and mess in the text, lack of scientific strictness, lack of indication of the sources and authors from whom the authors took their inspiration. Therefore the book is unusable.
