A comparative study of the effects of the pharmacons on the sympathic system and renin-angiotensin system on isolated guineapig vas deferens

Our study demonstrates that angiotensin II increases more efficiently the contractility of isolated vas deferens than adrenaline, whereas prazosin – a selectiv blocker of α1-adrenergic receptors – has a more potent relaxant effect than captopril -an ACE inhibitor.
