The early diagnostic of the hypertension induced by the pregnancy represents a rough frequently, in the ambulatory practice mostly. A single arisen value of the arterial tension is not enough for diagnostic, therefore needed a non-invasive investigation modality, which help at the early and surely diagnostic. The Doppler ultrasound at the uterine arteries level may offer dates necessary for the differential diagnostic. There were investigated 42 pregnant women, which were sent by the family doctor for internment because of the great values of the arterial tension, of which just 20 were diagnosed posterior with hypertension induced by the pregnancy. Performing Doppler ultrasound on the uterine arteries, we compared the flowmetric curve between the two groups: pathological (20) non - pathological control (22). We followed the persistence of the early diastolic notch and the values of the resistance indices and the Stuart-Drumm indices. We found notch at 80% of patients with HTA, towards 13% from the control group. The resistance indices and the Stuart-Drumm indices presented important differences between the two patient groups. The flowmetric curve at the uterine artery level brings us important informations about the pathology and the prognostic of the hypertension induced by the pregnancy, corroborated with other investigations represents a lift at the early diagnostic, the differential diagnostic, the maternal and fetal prognostic.
